Identifying Anger Leveland Sadness/Fear

This is a necessary part of the Anger Resolution process, it requires EMOTIONAL LITERACY. Persons from abusive, neglectful, and oppressive environments usually do not have the ability to attach words to their anger and other painful emotional states. This is crucial, for when an angry person gains this ability, they are on the VERGE of identifying their UNMET NEEDS. Which is absolutely necessary for anger resolution to occur. For very young children it is necessary for them to have an adult in their lives that has this ability.
